WHO WE ARE

We are a TEAM of current and former military officers. We are convinced
that veterans can and will add value to any business.

We want to use our extensive knowledge of state and federal laws, Department of Defense policies, and individual
service cultures to help our clients find the right military veterans and to successfully employ those veterans to the
advantage of both the business and its employees.

OUR PRINCIPALS

How We Work

The key to our approach is to meet your needs by adapting our style to your own.  In the most general terms, there are
four steps to our process.

  1. INITIAL CONSULTATION
    In this phase, we meet at your site to learn about your business and your vision and goals with regard to hiring veterans. We should be mostly listening at this stage.
  2. PLAN DEVELOPMENT
    Back in our offices, we take what we heard from you and your team and develop a plan we believe will meet your objectives.
  3. IMPLEMENTATION
    Now we take the steps to implement the plan you approved. We’re military guys, so time tables and performance metrics are an intrinsic part of any plan.
  4. ON-GOING CONSULTATION
    We are always available to continue to consult with you and your team on individual issues that may arise.
